He has cosmic robot magic. Much to the delight of his android Familiar, K, since this allows them to interface now. Through his magic he also has extensive healing capabilities and the ability to not only see into people's minds, but to take control of them and even speak through them. Though after the events that transpired in canon that involved all of his thinking being influenced by the hexcore, which led to "evolving" his commune of followers into an automaton puppet army and hive mind network, he's afraid to use his magic on an organic person again.

Season two focuses on Viktor and through the kind of magic he is using he is very OP. As in god-level OP. It's part of the story of what Arcane is all about, and it's only by the end of the season that we see the magic that is powering him, and having an effect on his mind, is bad in the end since it's antithetical to life. It would eventually sterilize the entire world of any and all life so it's now up to Viktor to find out how emotions should feel so he can relearn them. But if you don't want to interact with Viktor at all, even without magic, then please let me know here?

Hydroponic garden

Since Viktor has trouble with sunlight the whole garden is covered by a big reflective dome and no sunlight gets in. After a Trial, Mel repaired it so that now the whole dome sparkles with gold like kintsugi The doors have thick foam insulation like a refrigerator door does. Black plastic strips are hanging just inside and over the door like a walk-in freezer to help obscure sunlight. Water also holds in a lot of warmth. So winter or summer it is protected.

Since many of the other water sources in Folkmore are meant for other things, Cobb Vanth taught Viktor how to build and maintain moisture vaporaters.

It's a lot greener than it was, now that the plants have matured and there appears to be new tubing connecting the various plant reservoirs to the fishpond.. A battery bank room full of solar and wind batteries keep the garden climate-controlled.

Inside the dome it looks like plants are happily growing in sunlight, but it's all false sunlight coming from grow lights attached to the ceiling.

As you walk further you can see that the water vaporators feed a stream with a little waterfall to help keep the water moving. From there it passes through the root structures of plants all around that then feeds into another deeper pool with larger fish that are all shades of orange with white and black splotches. The sound of water happily trickling into the pool is a rather zen little sound offset by the steady metronome of a shishi odoshi, the bamboo filling and then emptying at the little waterfall that the stream makes as it empties into the pool. Rio is almost always swimming in the deeper fish pond and eating the underwater plants there.

Just beside the entrance where a small room for energy storage battery bank. It's behind a door that's always locked. Viktor uses his spoon resting against the door to open it, and anyone visiting the garden in winter will need to press their spoon against the outside door to enter. However, not everyone will be able to unlock the battery room with their spoon.

The batteries are charged by solar or wind collectors. There are slots for all the biomes of Folkmore that are meant for said collector batteries.

All are welcome and this is meant to be a communal garden. There are vegetables growing in the garden and all are welcome to take them when the vegetables are ripe. There are no costs, not even trade. Viktor wants this garden to be for everyone in Folkmore. That said, and so he is not doing any maintenance by himself, anyone and everyone who would want to help is welcome. But since it's not a soil garden, you would probably need to ask about what the differences are in upkeep.

Canon Abilities: Thus far the only thing we have seen is his ability to walk or run. Since he's not been able to do that all of his life it's significant for him. I'm going to assume that where his hand has become cyborg-like, he would be able to have a metallic stone hand that is usually covered with a glove.

What experience challenged your character's core beliefs? How did they handle this or change from it? When he was a child he left off working with Singed because Viktor felt he was conducting unethical experiments while trying to keep a waverider named Rio from dying, but it also proved to him that there are fates worse than death. At the time Singed said to Viktor 'I thought you would understand.' Many years later after Viktor was given a terminal prognosis, he returned to ask for Singed's help and said 'I understand now.' While he does still care about right and wrong it's safe to say his ideas on morality have shifted. But he is aware they have and knows he needs to keep that knowledge to himself.

What is the most important and defining relationship(s) in your character's life and why? His most important relationship is with his research partner Jayce Talis. Together they first invented HexTech and together they have since created several inventions made from their original HexTech creation. However, Jayce is handsome and charming enough to be the public-facing part of their research team which lets Viktor stay out of the spotlight and in the lab, which is where he feels he's better suited. It's important to point out that Viktor and Jayce have been almost attached at the hip from years of working together. Though he doesn't often admit it, Viktor does actually enjoy Jayce's company and that's pretty significant because Viktor has felt like a loner all of his life.

What is a headcanon (or two) you feel strongly about and that you prefer playing your character with? How is this supported in canon and why do you think it benefits the character's story? I am of the opinion that Viktor knows that the Hex-Core is taking over his mind slowly but steadily since he has experimented on himself with it more and more. That was why he made Jayce promise to destroy it, and I like playing with the idea that Viktor, who's felt like a loner for so long, has to ask someone he trusts to do what he can't. I also prefer to play with the idea that since Viktor has been experimenting on himself he has postponed his terminal prognosis but not yet halted it because at the end of season 1 he still has a persistent cough despite the heavy implication that the Hex-Core is working on him internally.

What are your characters dreams and nightmares? Do you believe they are more likely to obtain one rather than the other? Viktor's dream is to use HexTech to help both Piltover and now the nation of Zaun, regardless of wealth. Its what he's devoted his life to, and he has become frustrated recently and repeatedly with Jayce becoming distracted with things like shipping manifests and the councils business. Basically the bureaucracy of the wealthier parts of Piltover. On the flip side of the same coin, his nightmare was seeing his research assistant Sky being consumed by the Hex-Core and turned to ash before his eyes. It is unfortunately more likely that the Hex-Core will end up consuming more people before his story is over.

Is your character capable of forgiveness or will they hold a grudge until they die? Would anything ever make them change their mind? He is capable of changing his mind but he has to be given a very good reason for it. It's been a long, slow process but we have seen him being repeatedly frustrated with Jayce, and it eventually culminated in lying to Jayce about whether or not Singed was able to say anything helpful. The corollary is also true; given time and being shown repeated kindness, Viktor is capable of allowing himself to care about someone else regardless of who they are or what they have done. It's less clear but I tend to think there was a certain level of forgiveness in Viktor going back to Singed to ask his advice.

Physical affection: Viktor is super careful about touching organic people now that his whole body is metal. He purposely doesn't touch people unless they have close CR with him already.
Romance: It takes a long time (as in multiple years of gameplay) for this to even be a possibility.
Violence: His whole body is made of metal and magic so most violence won't affect him.
Injuries : This wouldn't be possible without a lot of OOC planning.
